Time Study



Unit disassembly = 20 minutes.



Front glass panel and front cab removal = 10 minutes.



Panel disassembly / separation = 10 minutes.



Harness inspection = 5 minutes.



LED swap test 5 minutes each. Can be up to 20 minutes for all 4 LED

strips. (10 minute average)



Install new LED assembly = 5 minutes.



Re-assemble entire set = 40 minutes.



Total process time = 1hour 40 minutes
