MAJOR IC INFORMATIONS
•
IC2004 (IXA870WJ)
This is a microcomputer monitor.
It controls the OSD on the monitor, the panel temperature detected by a thermistor, the temperature parameter
setting for the QS driver, the timing for a liquid crystal controller, dimmer control data settings, power on the
monitor, and it monitors each power line, decodes the remote control, and
the OPC control.

IC2206 (SII861)
This is a DVI receiver.
A 24-bit RGB signal, H and V synchronized signals, and a DE signal are output on ODD and EVEN from the
TMDS differential signal that is transmitted by the system cable.

IC4501 (IXA865WJ)
This is a liquid crystal controller.
Using the 24-bit RGB signal, H and V synchronized signals, and DE signal that are extracted from the QS driver
(ODD, EVEN), the picture data is divided into ODD and EVEN on the left and right of the liquid crystal panel, and
a control signal is output to drive the liquid crystal panel. A control signal for dimmer control is also created here.

IC2302 (TLVD823)
This is an LVDS transmitter.
It outputs a 24-bit RGB signal on ODD and EVEN, Hand V synchronized signals, and a DE signal, which are
converted to an LVDS signal before being output.

IC4602 (TLVD824)
This is an LVDS receiver.
An LVDS signal is converted to a 24-bit RGB signal on ODD and EVEN, H and V synchronized signals, and a DE
signal, and then they are output.

IC4101 (IXA706WJ)
This is a gradated reference power supply for TFT liquid crystal.
It incorporates a gradated output buffer amplifier (18 circuits), a CMOS buffer amplifier, and a reference voltage
source.

IC4701 (IXA332WJ)
This is a QS driver for EVEN.
The QS (Quick Shoot) is driven by the input signal according to the temperature parameter setting from the
microcomputer monitor.
Since the terminal function is the same as for IC4701 in LC-37AD1, refer to the LC-37AD1
service manual.

IC4901 (IXA332WJ)
This is a QS driver for ODD.
The QS (Quick Shoot) is driven by the input signal according to the temperature
parameter setting from the microcomputer monitor. The H and V synchronized signals and the DE signal are all
output after QS is driven.
Since the terminal function is the same as for IC4901 in LC-37AD1, refer to the
LC-37AD1 service manual.
・IC2302 (TLVD823)
This is an LVDS transmitter. It outputs a 24-bit RGB signal on ODD and EVEN, H
and V synchronized signals, and a DE signal, which are converted to an LVDS
signal before being output.
・IC4602 (TLVD824)
This is an LVDS receiver. An LVDS signal is converted to a 24-bit RGB signal on
