No power (front LED failure to light up) or no startup (front LED failure to turn from red to green)
Is the AC cord connector tightly connected to the set?
Replace F703 and turn on the power again. If the fuse blows out,
check D734 thru D737, IC703, T706 and their peripheral circuits.
Replace them as required and check the fuse again.
Reconnect the AC cord tightly and turn on the power again.
Do F701 and F702 function?
Replace F701 and/or F702, and turn on the power again. If either
of the fuses blows out, check D701, D702, IC701, L703, Q701,
Q703, D705 and their peripheral circuits. Replace them as
required and check the fuses again.
Does F703 function?
Is the output voltage at pin (5) of CN805 (DP) (BU+5V line) as
specified?
Is there a voltage of about 170V at C748 in the standby mode?
YES
Does the primary circuit of backup power circuit function (oscillate)
properly? (T706, IC703, PC706, L706, etc.)
YES
Is there any part defective or any circuit short-circuited along the
BU+5V line?
YES
Remove the defective part or shorted circuit. Check the output
voltage again.

Are the wire harnesses, FFCs and other cables properly
connected in the set? Reconnect the wire harnesses, FFCs and other cables properly in
the set.
Check the UR+13V, 35V, DC-DC inverter input switching power
circuit. (T704, T705, L705, Q712 thru Q718, PC703, PC704, D705,
Q810 thru Q813, IC804, D812, D819, L804, etc.)
Check the DC/DC converters and the control lines. Replace
defective parts as required.

Does the relay circuit (RL701 and Q823) function? Check the relay circuit and its peripheral circuits.

(24V line) as specified?

the output voltages along the control lines as specified?
