When connecting an external connector device to the
external connection jack, do not put it in obliquely and do
not pull it while it is plugged in.
May cause a malfunction or damage.

The handset becomes warm during use or charging but this
is not a malfunction.
z
Do not leave the camera lens in direct sunlight.
May cause discoloration or burn-in of pixels.
z
Do not turn off the handset when microSD card is used.

May cause data loss or a malfunction.
z
Never place a magnetic card or magnetized items near the
handset.
The stored magnetic data in cash cards, credit cards, telephone
cards, floppy disks, etc. may be erased.
Putting highly magnetized items closer may cause an error.
z
Do not decorate the handset with films, stickers, etc.
The operation such as each function for using the proximity sensor/
brightness sensor may not work normally.

Charge battery in areas where ambient temperature is
between 5

The battery life depends on the usage and deterioration of
the battery
pack
.
z
Depending on usage, the battery pack may swell as it
approaches the end of its service life but this will not cause
problems.
Note that handset malfunctioning may not be covered by
warranty and may not serviceable if determined to be a
result of the battery pack swelling. Where not covered by
warranty, repair will be at cost if repair is possible.

Avoid the following situations when the battery pack is
stored
.
y
Storage with the battery fully charged (immediately after
charging is completed)
y
Storage with no battery level (cannot turn the handset on)
May lower the performance or shorten the usable life of the
battery pack.
Approximately 40% is recommended as the proper battery level
for storage.
z
Check the type of battery using the information printed on
z
the battery pack label.
