Installing the Wheels
The Service Cart has two locking Casters (18) and two non‑locking Casters
(19). Both Locking Casters must be installed at the same end of the Service
Cart. Choose the location of the Locking Casters before beginning.
Using a rubber mallet (sold separately), insert the Caster Holders into the
ends of the Handles so that the small holes are at the opening.
Place some grease (sold separately) on the end of the shank of the Caster,
then press the Casters into the Caster Holders as far as they will go. Use a
steel rod and a rubber mallet to tap the Casters the rest of the way into the
Caster Holder.
Note: The Casters need to be tapped into their slots for a snug fit. The
nylon Caster Holder expands as the Caster is tapped into place.
CAUTION: Do not tap directly on the Caster with the rubber mallet. The
Caster may break.
