Dear Customer,
Before using the appliance, the user should
read the following instructions carefully.

Important safety instructions
●
The purée attachment must only be used
with mincer model 3782, whose safety
instructions also apply here.
●
Before the appliance is used, the main
body including the power cord as well as
any attachment fitted should be checked
thoroughly for any defects. Should the
appliance, for instance, have been
dropped onto a hard surface, it must no
longer be used: even invisible damage
may have adverse effects on the
operational safety of the appliance.
●
Should the feeder chute become blocked,
do not use force to push the tomato
pieces down the chute.
●
For safety reasons, use the pestle at all
times when adding food into the feeder
chute.
Never use your hands (or other
objects of any kind).
●
Always switch the appliance off and
remove the plug from the wall socket
- before adding, changing or removing
any attachments, or
- before the appliance is cleaned.
After switching off, always wait until the
motor has come to a complete standstill.
●
This appliance should only be used with
the attachments provided by the
manufacturer and in accordance with the
purposes described in this manual.
Before using for the first time
Remove any packaging materials
completely.
Before the purée attachment is used for the
first time, it should be thoroughly cleaned as
described in the section
General Care and
Cleaning .
Operation
General information
●
Always switch the appliance off after use,
and wait until the motor has come to a
complete standstill. Remove the plug
from the wall socket before any
attachments are added or removed.
Using the purée attachment
- Slide the worm drive into its housing
drive-wheel first.
- Fit the pulp sieve to the worm drive.
- Attach the nozzle to the locking ring.
- The nozzle allows for varying the
consistency of the purée.
0 = to remove nozzle
1 = normal purée
2 = thinner purée
- Fit and hand-tighten the locking ring by
turning it anti-clockwise.
- Fit the worm-drive housing to the main
unit.
- Attach the feeder tray to the feeder
chute
- Place one container under the juice
outlet and another under the purée
outlet.
- Place the tomatoes (thoroughly washed
and chopped) on the feeder tray and into
the feeder chute.
- Insert the plug into a suitable wall socket
and switch the appliance on.
- For safety reasons, use the pestle at all
times.
- Switch off the unit after use and remove
the plug from the wall socket.
