WARNING!
Danger of burns: The oven and rotary spit will be
very hot.
– Use only the door handle to open the oven.
– Always use the proper handle to take out the
spit.
– Do not touch the interior walls when removing
the food.
– If necessary, use oven gloves.
12. Open the door slowly.
13. Push the spit handle carefully under the spit. Ensure that the two holding
brackets connect with the two corresponding recesses on the spit.
14. Now take out the spit carefully with the handle, as follows:
• First, lift the spit from its holding recess on the left side of the oven.
• Then take out the drive unit connection from the right-hand side.
15. Put the spit, with the food on, down on a heat-proof surface.

– If necessary, let the food cool down suf

16. Carefully remove the food from the spit. Before serving, prepare the dish
according your recipe.
17. Always remove the plug from the wall socket after use.
18. If you do not intend to use the oven again on the same day:
• Wait for at least 30 minutes, until it has cooled down to room
temperature.
• Clean the individual components (see Chapter
