degree of fi neness (after approx. 20-25
seconds). Do not exceed a grinding time
of 30 seconds.
∙ Hold the lid with one hand in position
while grinding.
∙ When grinding is fi nished, release the
switch, unplug the appliance from the
mains socket, remove the lid and empty
the container.
Cable storage
The cable storage serves for the space-
saving storage of the cable.
How to unwind the cable
Hold the bottom part of the housing with one
hand, grasp the plug with the other hand and
pull out.
How to wind up the cable
Hold the bottom part of the housing with one
hand and turn the upper part of the housing
clockwise.
Cleaning and care
∙ Bef ore cleaning the appliance, always
remove the plug from the wall socket
and wait until the motor has come to a
complete standstill.
∙ To avoid the risk of electric shock, do
not clean the housing or the power
cord with liquids or immerse them. The
housing may be wiped with a slightly
damp, lint-free cloth. Wipe thoroughly dry
afterwards.
∙ Do not use abrasives, harsh cleaning
solutions or hard brushes for cleaning.
∙ The lid and container may be cleaned
with a suitable small brush.

rights, nor any legal rights you may have
as a consumer under applicable national
legislation governing the purchase of goods.
If the product fails to operate and needs
to be returned, pack it carefully, enclosing
your name and address and the reason for
return. If within the guarantee period, please
also provide the guarantee card and proof
of purchase.
