There is a a connection management chartin below the taskbar. Tap on
the icon to open this item, as shown in the figure below:
Tap on the Dial-up button on the connection management screen.

You can dial up to connect to the Internet. If the connection is successful,
you will see the screen shown in the figure above.
3.1.2Dial-up Setting
Tap on the Dial-up Setting button in the connection management, and
then Dial-up Setting interface will pop up. You can tick “
√
” within the
box in front of each option to enable this feature.
