By design, the LS24I/M keeps the battery fully charged or in charge
time including when it’s powered off.
By design:
•
if LS24I/M is OFF: plugging the USB B power cable both into a power
adapter connector and into a device USB connector, or plugging the
power cable into the 7-30V DC power connector (only for LS24I)
