RECYCLING

When the equipment is worn out and reached its service time, proper waste management 

is important to ensure sensible utilisation of resources in the waste and to protect the 

environment.

Electrical components such as cables, switches, sensors, control cabinets and motors classifies as 

EE-waste. EE-waste is electrical and electronic waste which must be returned for recycling after 

use.

Distributors are obligated to receive EE-waste from products in their assortment. The waste 

has to be stored properly and sent to approved reception or treatment facilities. Storage and 

transportation of EE-waste must be performed in a way the waste can not be destroyed or 

damaged.

Components containing contaminants must be treated and sorted safely to prevent harm to the 

environment.

Steel waste must be delivered for recycling.

Please contact your distributor for more information about recycling and handling waste.
