• Pull the plug of the sera CO

solenoid valve
before making any changes to the CO
2
fertil-
ization system.
• The CO
2
flow must be in the direction of the
arrow shown. Otherwise, we cannot guaran-
tee trouble-free operation. Warranty is void if
connected improperly.
• The unit may only be connected to a proper-
ly grounded socket. Consult an electrician if
in doubt. The solenoid valve is constructed
for carbon dioxide gas. It is not permitted to
use it with other gases. Direct connection of
the valve to a high pressure gas bottle is not
permitted.
• A high quality non-return valve (e.g. sera
non-return valve ) must be integrated bet -
ween the water and the solenoid valve in
order to prevent any unwanted water back
flow, e.g. into an empty CO
2
bottle. Water
damage caused by water being drawn back
into the unit is not covered by warranty.

Materials: The inner elements are made of

When following the directions for use the sera
CO
2
solenoid valve will perform reliably. We
are liable for the freedom from faults of our
products for 2 years beginning with the pur-
chase date.
We are liable for complete flawlessness at deliv-
ery. Should usual wear and tear occur by use as
intended by us, this is not considered a defect.
Warranty claims are also excluded in this case.
Legal claims are of course not reduced or limit-
ed by this warranty.
