6. Details of Camera Control
6.1 Field Flat Correction (FFC)
Field Flat Correction (FFC) is used for correcting non-uniformity image brightness caused by the lens of the
imager. When using this camera, FFC should be used to help correct fixed pattern noise on the imager.
6.1.1 Summary of FFC
When using FFC, the gain and offset are added to each pixel. Adding the gain helps to flatten the gray
video level and adding the offset helps to flatten the Shield Light Level. The concept FFC is shown on the
chart below.

Gain and offset value for each pixel can set through the Auto Mode and Manual mode.
