0x80 Device failure. Device has detected hardware error or error.
0x40
Configuration was changed. Command for change or writing of device
parameter was executed.
0x20 Cold start. Power supply failure or device reset occurred.

Fixed current in a loop. Current in loop is fixed at required value and does not
reflect change of primary variable.
0x04
Saturation of current loop. Value of current in loop has reached its upper (or
lower) threshold and cannot increase (or decrease) more.
