If a problem occurs ...
You hear the sound only with one ear
Does the receiver’s
Sennheiser logo face
the transmitter? Wear the receiver the right way
round, with the Sennheiser logo
facing the transmitter.
Is the volume of
the sound source
sufficient? Set the volume on your sound
source to a medium value.
Is the volume of
the receiver
sufficient? Increase the volume by turning
the volume control

Is the rechargeable
battery inserted
properly into the
receiver and fully
charged?
Check if the channel indicator

is lit. If it is not lit: recharge
