WARRANTIES
• The warranty period is 24 months from the sale of the device to the
first person purchasing it for use. The date of sale may be determined
according to a receipt, invoice, bill or any other document stating such
date which the buyer is obligated to produce.
• In the period covered by the warranty, we guarantee free exchange of the
faulty device or repair of damage or faults of the device resulting from
manufacturing defects upon delivery of the faulty device to the point
of sale. For devices purchased online at www.semilac.eu, the address
for delivering the faulty device is: Nesperta sp. z o.o., ul. Poznańska
165, 62-052 Komorniki.
• The warranty period shall be extended by the repair time, counting
from the day of delivering the device for repair to the designated
date of collection.
• Damage resulting from incorrect use is not subject to warranty and may
be repaired only upon payment of repair fees.
• Attempting repair on your own will void the warranty. The warranty only
applies within the EU.

• The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend buyer’s rights arising out
of legal provisions on warranty for defects of sold goods (provided that
the buyer is entitled to warranty for defects of sold goods).

only applies for users within the EU. This product should be
discarded separately in a designated waste collection site. This
