Disassembly
①
Prior to installation, be sure to turn off the power.
②
Confirm that the screws and bolts are fastened properly and tightly.
③
When installing the fitting, be sure to connect external wires inside a specified part of the fitting. Don’t open any other part.
④
The ambient temperature should be within the range of -25 ºC to +55ºC.
T6 (Gas), T85ºC (Dust) : -25ºC ≤ Ta ≤ +45ºC
T5 (Gas), T100ºC (Dust) : -25ºC ≤ Ta ≤ +55ºC
⑤
The supply voltage variation should be within
±
6% of the rating.
⑥
The lighting fitting must be used in a location where it can be used safely according to its flameproof protection type (indicated
on the body).
⑦
Be sure to use certified Ex components to plug the entries of the terminal box which are not used.
⑧
For the cable gland, be sure to use a certified Ex component.
⑨
Be sure to use Ex component certified products and cables which are suitable for the operating temperature range, referring
to the following.
-25ºC ≤ Ta ≤ +45ºC
Plug: -25 ºC to +75ºC Cable gland: -25 ºC to +75ºC Cables: -25 ºC to +75ºC
-25ºC ≤ Ta ≤ +55ºC
Plug: -25 ºC to +85ºC Cable gland: -25 ºC to +85ºC Cables: -25 ºC to +85ºC
⑩
The accessory plug can be used up to ambient tempe50
℃
.
⑪
Confirm that the fitting is adequately grounded.
⑫
Prior to maintenance or inspection, be sure to turn off the power.
⑬
Don’t use the product in a corrosive gas atmosphere which contains hydrochloric acid, high-concentration chlorine gas or the
like.
⑭
To prevent shortening of the service life, avoid turning on the fitting in direct sunlight.
⑮
To avoid noise or malfunctioning, don't use a radio, television or wireless infrared remote control near the fitting.
⑯
After turning off the power, wait at least ten minutes before opening the main body. An explosion might result.
⑰
The product must be mounted on a sturdy wall or structure which is virtually vibration-free and less susceptible to damage.
Otherwise, it might fall or be damaged.
⑱
Locking bolts of strength class A2-50 are used on the main body. Never remove them. A fire, electric shock or explosion might
result.
⑲
The product must be installed so that the angle of the fitting is within a prescribed range from its downward oriented position
(0°). If the angle is out of the range, an insulation failure or electric shock might result.
---Special condition for safe use---

Repairs of the flameproof joints may only be made by the manufacturer or on behalf of the manufacturer and on his own
responsibility. Repair in compliance with the values in IEC 60079-1 is not accepted.
