rights necessary to transmit User Content to Seek Thermal and to grant the rights in User Content granted to Seek

will at all times be processed by Seek Thermal in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

perform, enter into computer memory, and use and practice, in any way now known or in the future discovered, your

and services. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, you hereby waive any moral rights or any of your rights of
