WIRING:
1. Once you have drilled the hole in the outer body to mount the camera, route the RCA wires and
power harness through the hole. Find a place behind the mounting surface to secure the wires so
that they do not move around freely.
2. Choose a convenient place to run the camera cable up the left, right or center of the vehicle. As
a rule of thumb, try to avoid main factory harness looms that may contain high levels or RF noise
or interference.
3. Connect one Red wire to the +12 volt Reverse Light Wire. This can be done either at the back of
the vehicle at the reverse light itself, or you can also route the wire to the front of the vehicle and
find the reverse light wire under the dash board (Some vehicles will not have the reverse light
wire up front. In this case, it will have to be connected at the reverse light). Connect the Black
wire to Chassis Ground.
4. Run the Yellow RCA video cable to your monitor’s video input or reverse camera input.
