c) Exchange diaphragm and valve box best completely on one side and then, after this, deal
with the other side in the same way. Start by loosening the screws on one valve box and
then removing it, whereby the air hose must be clamped. Then, loosen the screws on the
diaphragm and pull off the diaphragm from the magnets.
d) Connect the new diaphragms to the magnets, at the same time note the correct position of
the assembly groove and secure with new screws from the repair kit.
e) Place the new valve box on the new diaphragm and secure with the four screws on the
casing of the motor unit.
f) Following the exchange of diaphragms it is essential to check the separation between
magnet and windings. The separation must be the same on both sides.
g) Connect the hoses on both sides with the valve boxes and secure with clips.
h) Check the position of the Autostopper and, if required, reset (audible click). Then carry out a
short functional test.
i) Secure the motor cover using four screws and reattach filter mat.
j) Insert the power cable correctly in the opening of the pump casing and attach the casing
securely to the pump using the four screws.
