Matching Thermostat to Receiver
When the thermostat and receiver are purchased together they are matched at the factory. If communication is lost between the
thermostat and receiver, follow the matching instructions below.
Step 1
-
(Receiver): Power on the receiver and press the Match key for less than one second (key is on the right side of the
receiver).
Important
– Do not press the Match key for more than 1 second
. The receiver will attempt to register matching data
from the thermostat. The unit should finish matching within a minute or so. Step 2 must be completed within 1 minute. If the
receiver does not receive the matching data within 1 minute, the receiver will reset back to the previous settings automatically.
Step 2
-
(Thermostat): Press
“MODE” button until “OFF” is displayed in the SYSTEM box, then press “PROG” key for 3 seconds
until the screen changes to menu setting.
Press “PROG” key until LCD displays “CRES”, use ▲ key to change the parameter to
"1".
P
ressing the Match button illuminates the “SIG” LED on the Receiver. The LED will stay illuminated until communication is
established. When this happens the “SIG” LED will flash and turn off, Matching succeeded. After matching the appropriate LED
will illuminate indicating which terminals are on or powered. Repeat above process if units fail to Match.
