9.
Verify
the
alignment
between
the
two
sprockets
is
correct
and
the
belt
runs
straight;
rotate
the
system
up
and
down
in
elevation
to
verify
the
system
moves
freely.
Failure
of
this
step
is
down
to
improper
alignment
of
the
motor
pulley.
10.
Reinstall
the
encoder
harness
and
ground
connection
to
the
motor
assembly
using
the
hardware
removed
in
step
1.
11.
Reconnect
the
elevation
motor
harness
to
the
PCU,
ensuring
the
split
washers
are
installed
(no
need
to
Loctite).
12.
Secure
the
elevation
motor
harness
and
encoder
harness
with
cable
ties.
