4 | INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE CONTAINER
• Make sure that SMART HEATER POLIBOX Plug & Play is
connected to the electricity grid.
Note : SMART HEATER POLIBOX Plug&Play is able
to maintain the temperature of the food automatically
reaching 65°C.
• When maintenance is complete and before administration,
switch off SMART HEATER POLIBOX Plug&play.
• Open the door.
CAUTION
: Open carefully to avoid burns due to
steam.
• Remove gastronorm
CAUTION : To avoid burns, wear oven gloves.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning the container, make sure that the power cord
is unplugged from both the electric socket and the connector
on the SMART HEATER POLIBOX Plug & Play and close the
socket protector.
• Clean the container both outside and inside, SMART
HEATER plate and the door using only a cloth with warm
water and mild detergent.
CAUTION : Wait until the SMART HEATER plates have
cooled down before to proceed with cleaning.
CAUTION : Do not use strong or abrasive products
or solvents. Do not use scourers, steel wool or soapy
pads.
