Operation

3.1

Status LEDs

Three LED’s on the front of the unit provide information on the system status.

SCOTTY BlueBox front view with status LEDs and USB port

Pwr

Power LED: indicates the power on state of the system.

Disk

Disk LED: irregular flashing indicates internal solid state disk activity.

Net

Network LED: indicates LAN activity.

Disk

and

LAN

LED, two short flashes repeated once a second: the system

temperature violates the operational limits.

The USB 3.0 port is accessible from the Windows operating system e.g. for
data import or export.
