Delete Dual Stage Sensor Pre-warn
(Option 3 on the Keypad)
Arming the security system without the Dual Stage Sensor’s Pre-warn facility deleted
may be necessary if you wish to leave the vehicle where the Pre-warn facility would
become a nuisance. This facility prevents a pre-warn output but allows the security
system to be left fully armed. To do this
turn on
the vehicle’s ignition,
type 3
on the
Keypad and immediately
turn off
the ignition. Vacate the vehicle, closing all doors,
boot and bonnet. Now arm the security system in the normal way. The security
system will acknowledge arming with
3 flashes
of the vehicle’s hazard warning lights,
instead of the normal 3 second illumination.
Note:
The Dual Stage Sensor’s Pre-warn facility will be restored next time you arm
the security system in the normal way.
Delete Single & Dual Stage Sensor Triggers
(Option 4 on the Keypad)
Arming the security system without the Dual Stage Sensor’s Pre-warn facility deleted

Delete Ultrasonic, Single & Dual Stage Sensor Triggers
(Option 5 on the Keypad)
Arming the security system without Ultrasonic and the Accessory Sensors Triggers
may be necessary in certain circumstances; for example if travelling on a ferry with an
optional Single Stage Tilt Sensor and/or a Dual Stage Shock Sensor fitted. This facility
deletes the Ultrasonic, Single & Dual Stage Accessory Sensors’ triggers, but allows the
security system to be otherwise left fully armed. To do this
turn on
the vehicle’s
ignition,
type 5
on the Keypad and immediately
turn off
the ignition. Vacate the
vehicle, closing all doors, boot and bonnet. Now arm the security system in the
normal way. The security system will acknowledge arming with
5 flashes
of the
vehicle’s hazard warning lights, instead of the normal 3 second illumination.
Note:
The Ultrasonic, Single & Dual Stage Accessory Sensor triggers will be
restored next time you arm the security system in the normal way.
