CHECK BEFORE USE
Check the following before driving off:
•
whether there are no defects such as damage, corrosion or
other defects on parts;
• the tire pressure;
• whether the freewheel is off (see 3.5);
• whether the battery charger has been removed;
• the operation of the lighting;
• the battery status in the display;
TIRE PRESSURE
For safety reasons, make sure that the Scoozy tire pressure is
correct. If the tire pressure is too low, road holding and range
deteriorate.
We recommend using the following tire pressure:
•
2.5 bar at a weight of up to 80 kg.
• 3.0 bar at a weight from 80 kg.
TIRE WARNINGS
• Scoozy tires must have sufficient pressure. Check this every
ride.
• If the tire pressure is too low, you can drive less far.
• Excessive tire pressure makes driving uncomfortable and
increases the risk of a flat tire.
• Check the tires regularly for wear and tear.
• In case of a flat tire, the tire and/or inner tube must be
replaced. This can be done by lifting the tire off the rim and
replacing it, similar to a bicycle tire.
