The pan feature doesn’t work.

You can only pan when part of the photo is off the screen. So you must zoom
in before you can do so.
I rotated a photo but it is not rotated in the thumbnail view.

No problem. When you view it full-size again it will appear rotated.
The video cable plug doesn’t fit into any of my TV’s sockets./
My TV doesn’t have an RCA Video In jack.

Some older TVs do not have RCA Video In connectors. Instead, you’ll need to
connect with an RF modulator (not included with TV Photo Show). You can
purchase an RF modulator and cable from your local electronics store.
