TV Photo Show reads JPEG files – the most common file format used for digital
cameras. Your photos may be in a format that TV Photo Show cannot
display, such as grayscale JPEGs, CMYK, BMP, GIF, EPS, TIFF or other non-
typical settings. If this is the case, you might be able to convert them to a
compatible JPEG file format on a computer.
•
Your photo might have a resolution greater than 5 megapixels. TV Photo
Show supports up to 5 megapixels.
•
There may be a problem with your memory card, perhaps caused by
physical damage or heat.
•
Make sure there are images on your memory card – that it is not empty.
•
You may have inserted the memory card incorrectly. CompactFlash and
Microdrive cards must have the arrow side facing down. SmartMedia cards
must have the gold contacts facing down.
•
You may be trying to use a 5V SmartMedia card. TV Photo Show does not
support 5V SmartMedia cards.
