Move the z-axis to a spot comfortable for working (I like to have it positioned
in the middle as shown below).

Look to the back side of the upper gantry, where the X-axis bearing rail, and
circuit board is located. This is where the Z arm is attached and where the
adjustment will be made as shown below.
