6.3 Removing and cleaning rotor

WARNING

Danger of injury due to unexpected movements of the
machine/system!

•

Switch off energy supply.

Removing rotor

Ø

Loosen mounting screw (1) and remove 2 spherical washer/
conical seat units (2)

Ø

Carefully pull rotor (3) back out of the stator (4).

Ø

Clean rotor (3) and inner surface of stator (4) with a soft cloth
and alcohol.

Ø

Lubricate rotor (

previous Tab.) and carefully insert it in the

stator.

Ø

Fasten rotor with mounting screw (1) and 2 spherical washer/
conical seat units (2)

Ø

Check rotor (3) for smooth running; if necessary, loosen screw
(1), push base body up to stop on end plate (5) and tighten
again.

NOTE

Do not use hard brushes or organic solvents and cleaners other
than alcohol! Secure threads with suitable chemical thread locking
agent!
