HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The height of the inboard suspension link can be altered by adding or removing the black spacer
washers, under the ball stud.
This adjustment alters the camber gain of the suspension, generally a lower ball stud (or
shorter link) gives more instant cornering grip followed by a sudden breakaway. A higher ball
(or longer link) gives smoother more progressive cornering grip.
With maximum negative camber the car will have high
levels of grip, but there may be the possibility of sudden
breakaway in corners. Reducing the camber gives a more
progressive slide, but may give less grip.
You can change the front and rear track width using:
U4321 - Alloy Wheel Shims 0.50 & 1.00mm
or
U3570 - Alloy Wheel Hex - Slim - (pr)
U3525 - Alloy Wheel Hex - Medium - (pr) (Kit)
U4577 - Alloy Wheel Hex - Wide - (pr)
Vertical shock absorbers make the car
react sharply to driver inputs.

The Mi7 offers ultimate adjustability with innovative sideways mounted damper ball studs.
By adding washers, the car will become stiffer and feel more responsive to driver input,
making the car more nervous and difficult to drive. Conversely, reducing the number of
washers makes the car softer and easier to drive.
Front: Adding a washer to the front ball stud will increase initial turn in, however at the
expense of more mid-corner understeer. Removing the washer will reduce the turn in
response, but will gain more mid-corner steering.
Rear: Adding a washer to the rear ball stud will tend to create an oversteer balance in the
middle of the corner. Vice-versa, reducing the thickness of the washer will increase rear
traction in the middle of the corner.
