PRE STATION
Press the „WATER“ button on the display for at least 6 seconds.
The tubes in the PRETREAT-Station must be transparent, then
the tube is flushed. Then remove the yellow nozzle caps in-
cluding the nozzles and place the nozzles in the ultrasonic
cleaner. The ultrasonic cleaner should be filled with at least 1
cm of PRETREATcleaner. Turn on for 5 min. Before re-inserting
the nozzles, they must be washed thoroughly with water, the-
re must be no PRETREATcleaner residues on the nozzle. (TIP:
For an additional cleaning you can clean the nozzles with air
pressure.)
Unscrew the filter with the tool and clean the internal filter.
All coating mist must be removed. After cleaning, reinsert the
filter and tighten it with the tool.
After use, clean the precoating station from the inside with
PRETREATcleaner and a cloth. Remove the spray mist from the
inside walls wherever precoating residues are located.
