Assembly Section 3-4

SKID STEER MOUNTING

READ THE ‘OPERATION’ SECTION OF YOUR SKID STEER OPERATOR’S MANUAL

BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO OPERATE THE SKID STEER AND SMR-800.

1. Check with your local Schulte dealer or the factory to ensure that you have the correct size hydraulic motor

for your make and model of skid steer.

2. Follow the instructions with your skid steer loader to quick attach the SMR-800 to the skid steer loader.

Before operating the multi-rake, carefully read the

Safety and Operation Sections

of this

Operator’s Manual.

HYDRAULIC BLOCK

Refer to the Mount Section of the

Parts Manual

1. Insert two #12 M-ORB to #10 M-JIC fittings into

the ports on the Hydraulic Block.

2. Insert two #12 M-ORB to #10 M-JIC 90° elbow

fittings into the ports on the Hydraulic Block.

3. Insert two #6 M-ORB Plugs into the top two #6

ports.

4. Insert two #6M-ORB to #6 M-JIC fittings into

the remaining two ports.

5. Secure the Hydraulic Block to the Mount using

three 3/8”x3/4” bolts.

6. Mount this assembly onto the frame using the

two U-bolts supplied and four 5/8” Locking

Flange Nuts.

7. Connect hoses and route as shown in your

Parts Manual.

8. Attach the Solenoid Plugs from the electrical

harness to the solenoids.
