Toe Kick 

 

•

 

Attach Toe Kick (5” X 24”) to same side panel. 

•

 

Align predrilled holes on Toe Kicks with 
Connecting Bolts in side panel. 

•

 

Lower Toe Kick into place. 

•

 

Turn Cam Locks clockwise ¼ turn until snug. 

 
6.

 

Side Panel 

 

•

 

Attach remaining Side Panel to cabinet. 

•

 

With bolts and dowels facing downward, 

align remaining side panel over pre-drilled 
holes in top, center, bottom and toe kick 
panels.  

•

 

Lower side panel into place, turn Cam 

locks clockwise ¼ turn until snug. 

•

 

Stand completed Cabinet B upright. 

 
7.

 

Connecting Bolts 

 

•

 

Install connecting bolts into hole 
locations on face of Cabinet A side 
panel.  (These holes were created 

in step 2 of Island Cabinet A 
Assembly.) 

•

 

Tighten Bolts using #2 Phillips 
screwdriver.  If using drill with a 
Phillips bit, set on low to medium 

torque.   

 
8.

 

Attach Cabinet B to Cabinet A 

 

•

 

Align pre-drilled cam lock holes in 
Cabinet B side panels with 
connecting bolts on Cabinet A. 

•

 

Slide Cabinet B into place.  Turn 
each cam-lock clockwise ¼ turn 
until snug. 

•

 

Position completed Melamine 
Island Cabinet A/B into closed 

space.
