Warranty
The statutory regulations apply.
If any complaints arise within the statutory warranty period, please return the flatware
to your retailer together with the receipt of purchase or send the product well-packaged
with a short accompanying letter describing the defect directly to:

Excluded from the warranty are natural wear and tear and damage caused by improper
use, e. g. discolouration, scratches, impact damage, and improper cleaning. Also ex-
cluded are purely cosmetic signs of use.
