Before first use
Remove any labels or stickers. Then
wash the knife thoroughly using hot
water and a commercially available de-
tergent, a soft cloth, a sponge or a soft
brush, and dry well. We recommend
washing by hand.
After every use
Never leave a used knife unwashed
for longer periods of time. Wash it as
soon after use as possible or at least
remove the rough food remains under
running water to avoid these drying on
the cutlery or allowing food acids/other
residues to form stains or corrode the
material. We recommend washing by
hand.
