knife to your retailer together with the
receipt of purchase or send the product
well-packaged with a short accompa-
nying letter describing the defect direct-

Excluded from the warranty are natu-
ral wear and tear and damage caused
by improper use, e. g. discolouration,
scratches, impact damage, and impro-
per cleaning. Also excluded are purely
cosmetic signs of use.
