4.4 Mounting thru axle adapter
First loosen the existing quick-release axle (

) and pull it out.
Now please take the thru axle adapter (
B
), loosen the screw (
C
) and push
the thru axle adapter (
B
) into the opening on the frame.
Now screw on the thru axle adapter (
B
), e.g. with the help of an Allen key
(
D
). Finally, mount the previously loosened screw (
C
) on the other side of the
thru axle adapter (
B
) and tighten it as well.
If the thru axle adapter is not seated properly, the wheel may come loose. Check
the tight fit of the thru axle adapter regularly, preferably before every ride.
