Each time the oven is switched on, the CREATION menu
appears.

To return to the main display of the programme selection
menu, press the “

” button. 

1. Press the 

button to switch on the control panel. 

2. The screen displays: 

CREATION 

SUCCESS

With the first selection (written in black on a white
background) 

3. Make the required selection using the 

buttons and

press 

“OK”

to confirm. The screen changes to “steam

cooking”. 

4. Press 

“OK”

to confirm. 

5. Press the 

“START /STOP”

button to start cooking. 

6. The oven begins pre-heating. 

7. A beep followed by the lighting of all the pre-heating
indicators signals the end of the pre-heating. 

8. During cooking, it is possible to change the temperature
at any time, by pressing the “°C” button. Adjust using the
– or + buttons and press “

OK

” to confirm (only for

CREATION cooking programmes): 
- programme the duration of a cooking programme;
- stop the cooking programme by pressing the

START/STOP

” button; 

- set the timer 

;

- switch off the oven by pressing the 

button. 

9. In the event of a power cut, if the oven temperature is not
too low, a special device causes the programme to restart at
the point where it was interrupted. However, any
programmes that have not yet started must be
reprogrammed once the power returns. 

CREATION cooking programme

The 

CREATION

programme is a manual cooking mode. 

In CREATION mode it is possible to adjust the duration as
well as the temperature (from 100° to 50°)

SUCCESS cooking programme

In SUCCESS mode it is possible to adjust only the duration.

Automatic defrosting

Two defrosting modes are proposed:
Meat: 

60°C, pre-programmed time: 30 mins

Min. time: 5 mins, max.: 60 mins 

Defrosting meats before grilling (e.g.: sausages)

Vegetables: 

55°C, pre-programmed time: 30 mins

Min. time: 5 mins, max.: 60 mins 

Defrosting fish fillets before breading. 
Berries that must remain cool (for pies and sauces)

Reheating 

95°C, Pre-programmed time: 30 mins

Min. time: 5 mins, max.: 60 mins 

Terrines, chicken liver. Reheating cooked dishes

Fish fillet 

75°C, Pre-programmed time: 15 mins

Min. time: 5 mins, max.: 60 mins 

Cooking delicate fish (sardine fillets, red mullet)

Whole fish 

85°C, Pre-programmed time: 15 mins

Min. time: 5 mins, max.: 60 mins 

For cooking delicate foods.
Whole fish (trout)

Flan

90°C, Pre-programmed time: 20 mins

Min. time: 5 mins, max.: 60 mins 

Cocotte eggs; stuffed tomatoes that maintain their shape.
Ramekins, custard creams, etc.

Chocolate 

80°C, Pre-programmed time: 15 mins

Min. time: 5 mins, max.: 60 mins 

Melted chocolate, butter. 
Slightly warm fruit for immediate serving.

Getting started & 
using your oven

You MUST fill the water tank to the max. level
before cooking. Return the tank to its housing
by firmly pushing ALL THE WAY until you feel
the tank LOCK INTO POSITION.

When in use, the appliance becomes hot.
Hot steam will escape when you open the
door of the appliance. Keep children away.
