7. Unpacking
Open the packaging and remove the device carefully.
Remove the packaging material as well as the pack
-
aging and transport bracing (if available).
Check that the delivery is complete.
Check the device and accessory parts for transport
damage.
In case of complaints the dealer must be informed
immediately. Subsequent complaints will not be ac
-
cepted.
If possible, store the packaging until the warranty pe -
riod has expired.
Read the operating manual to make yourself familiar
with the device prior to using it.
Only use original parts for accessories as well as for
wearing and spare parts. Spare parts are available
from your specialized dealer.
Specify our part numbers as well as the type and year
of construction of the device in your orders.

ATTENTION
The device and packaging materials are not toys!
Children must not be allowed to play with plas-
tic bags, film and small parts! There is a risk of
swallowing and suffocation!
8. Attachment / Before starting the
equipment
Use the tools provided for installation.
Installing the support foot (7) (fig. C)
Attach the support foot to the intended location on
the front at the bottom of the stone cutter, and affix
using four cylindrical screws (a).
Installing the transport hook (10) (fig. D)
Screw the transport hook (10) into the hole that is lo-
cated next to the tray for the disconnect lever on the
top of the stone cutter.
Installing the pivoted lever (2) (fig. E)
Screw the pivoted lever into the other hole on the top
of the stone cutter.
Installing the disconnect lever (D) (fig. F)
Connect the disconnect lever to the shaft as shown
in figure F and affix it using two hexagonal bolts (b),
ensure that the shaft’s recesses point downwards.
Installing the socket pipe (1) (fig. G)
Slide the extension bar ( 1 ) onto the cutting lever ( D ).
Push the retaining bolt ( c ) through the holes in the
extension bar and cutting lever and secure this with
the spring split pin.
The manufacturer will not be liable for any changes
made to the equipment nor for any damage resulting
from such changes.
Please note that our equipment has not been de-
signed for use in commercial, trade or industri-
al applications. Our warranty will be voided if the
equipment is used in commercial, trade or industrial
businesses or for equivalent purposes.
5. Safety notes
General:
• Read the entire operating instruction manual be -
fore you work with this device.
• Only persons who are familiar with the operating
instructions may carry out tasks with the device.
• Observe all safety and danger notices at the ma -
chine.
• Always use the device as intended, being con -
scious of safety and danger and observing the op -
erating instructions.
• Keep all safety and danger notices at the machine
completely in a legible condition.
• The operator must be at least 18 years old. Train -
ees must be at least 16 years old but may operate
the machine only under supervision.
• Do not work with the device under the influence of
alcohol, drugs or medications.
Remaining hazards
The machine is built according to the state of the
art and the recognized safety technical rules.
Nevertheless, individual residual risks can arise
during operation.
• Injury hazard from moving parts.
• Moreover, in spite of all preventative measures
being taken, unforeseeable residual risks can still
arise.
• Residual risks can be minimized if the “Safety
Notes” and “Intended Use” as well as the operating
instructions as a whole are observed.
