5.7 Switching off

12 V power supply must always be switched off when leaving the motor-
home. This prevents the leisure battery from discharging unnecessarily.

Press the “12 V” button briefly.

The display will illuminate.

Press the “12 V” button briefly once again.

The system has now been switched off.

“12 V OFF” is displayed on the screen.
5.8 Closing down the system
5.8.1 Closing down for up to 6 months

The leisure battery must be fully recharged before closing down the sy-
stem.
The leisure battery is then protected against total discharge. This applies
only if the battery is intact. Follow the instructions of the battery manufactu-
rer. The shut down system requires approx. 4 Ah a month.
Disconnect the leisure battery from the 12 V power supply if you are not go-
ing to use the motorhome for a lengthy period (i.e. during the winter). The
system is equipped with a battery isolator that completely isolates the leisure
battery (electrically) from the vehicle.

The system has now been switched off.

“12 V OFF” is displayed on the screen.

Press the “Battery menu” button and keep it held down for at least 10 s.

The display will illuminate for 5 s.

The leisure battery symbol will flash for 5 s.

The display will go out afterwards as the system is now switched off.

The heater system’s frost protection valve opens when the leisure battery
is isolated from the Electrobloc by the battery isolation. The boiler and
the water tank are emptied when the frost protection valve is opened. For
more information, see the instruction manual of the heater system.
