The Application
Step-by-Step Application!
Thoroughly clean your salivent
®
Aerosol Inhalator before every
use also before the first use.

Unscrew the screw cap from the housing.

Now evenly sprinkle the grooves of the moistened (not
dripping) sponge with the attached salivent
®
portion of sea salt
(approx. 3g) to assure that the salt adheres well and is able to
dissolve later.

Alternative Dosage:
Fill the large container with water using the dosage aid included
and the smaller container for the salt in the aluminum beaker,
and then put the dry sponge onto the suction tube.

Secure screw cap with the attached sponge onto the
housing and close it hand tight.

Attach the respiratory mask to the screw cap.

Connect the salivent
®
Aerosol Inhalator to the mains
supply, after 20 to 30 minutes the device warms up to ca. 38°
Celsius and enables an agreeable inhalation at body temperature.

Adjust the breathing holes by turning the valve ring to
suit your personal needs and requirements.

Now inhale for 30-45 minutes the soothing saline
breathing air through your mouth and/or nose - both is possible.
Breathe out into the ambient air.
