6.

Drill upper hole to secure rear caster

blocks.

 Assemble the black plastic washer

onto the 2-1/2" machine bolt.  Slide the
bolt through hole (G) from the inside of
the loom, and tighten a wing nut down on
the exposed bolt

7.

Rotate the caster block until the black

plastic washer comes to rest as a stop
against the loom leg.  Clamp the caster
into this position.

8.

Using the top hole (A) as a drill guide,

drill a 1/4" hole through the height
extender and/or the outside rear leg.
Remove the plastic washer, bolt, and wing
wing nut and repeat for the caster on the
left outside leg.

9.

Attach the top of the casters to the loom

legs.

Put a 2 ¼" carriage bolt through the

holes (H) in the legs from the inside, then
through the top hole (A) in the caster
blocks (Figure 4). Tap the carriage bolt
into the loom leg using a rubber mallet or
hammer and a piece of scrap wood. Place
a washer and a lock nut on the carriage
bolt and tighten the lock nut enough to
draw the head of the carriage bolt into the
wood of the leg.

10.

Attach the metal support bar to the

rear caster block.

 From the inside of the

loom, insert a 1 1/2" hex bolt through the
hole (G) in the rear caster block. Place
a washer on the bolt and then place the
circular hole at the end of the metal
support bar over the bolt so that the jog
in the bar points outward. Secure with
another washer and a lock nut. Tighten
the lock nut, allowing the support bar to
still pivot freely (figure 4). Repeat for the
other rear caster block.
