OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Bottle - Installation and Replacement
1.
Open machine door by turning lock.
2.
Disconnect quick connect “output” tube by pressing the lever and pulling
up on the tube. Leave tube in machine.
3.
Disconnect the input (black) tube by depressing the
“push to release”
ring
and simultaneously pulling up on the tubing. Leave tube in the machine.
4.
R
emove bottle and collector from machine
5.
Open new bottle of fragrance oil
–
save the cap for the empty bottle.
6.
Unscrew the collector from the empty bottle.
7.
Inspect the gasket for imperfections, damaged gaskets should be replaced.
8.
Install the collector on the new fragrance bottle
9.
Install bottle and collector into the machine
10.
Install input and output tubing
11.
Operate the ISD system using the control features on the inside control panel.

1) Verify that the machine is properly connected to an electrical supply ( see troubleshooting )
2) SET THE MASTER POWER TO TIMER
The display should turn on when the master power switch is moved to the timer
position.
3) SET THE TIME
From this display it is possible to set the clock on your ScentDirect. To do this first press
the set button once so that “am” and “pm” blink. Next use the plus and minus
buttons
to change the time until the accurate time is displayed. Press select again to accept the
change. The TIMER setting will utilize the integrated timer and provide power to the
system for a specified amount of time each day. NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT SET UP THE TIME
IN STEP THREE, YOUR SCENTDIRECT WILL NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY.
4) SET THE TIMER
Program the timer so your ScentDirect is only active for up to 16 hours per day.
This will prevent the system from operating during non-business hours and will help
preserve the life of your fragrance oil.

Set the time of day by pressing the pr
ogram set button until “AM/PM” begins to flash.

buttons to adjust the time of day
