Start-up the unit
Insert the battery
Open the battery cover and insert the AA 1.5 volt battery according to
the correct polarity.
Power / Measurement
1. Press
‘ON/OFF’- Button, directly to power on and start
measurement.
2. Release inger to hold the last reading and see the last,
Maximum and Minimum readings every 2 seconds in turn.

LCD ERROR messages
The Infrared thermometer incorporates visual diagnostic messages
as follows:
Battery changing
When the ‘Low Battery’ icon indicates the battery is low, the battery
should be replaced immediately with a AA battery. The battery is
located under the battery cover at the rear of the thermometer.
- Slide the battery cover out
- Take off the old battery and put a new AA battery into battery compartment.

‘Hi’ or ’Lo’ is displayed when the tempe
