When Raw Data Output mode is disabled, the output data format restores to previous setting.
Note: 1. Only following commands are valid while Raw Data Output mode is enabled:
BRx, PTx, RTx, CTx, TKx, p1, p2, p3, s1, s2, s3, Sdx, DF0, RE0, RE1, RE2, RE3, RE4, SN, %, #, L, l,
M, m, (, ), Z, z, 9, DEL and $.
2. It will output nothing while read no data.
