2. Put the food piece into the jar. The amount of food should not exceed the
max level as indicated on the jar.
Warning: never run the appliance empty!
3. Replace the Top Cover on the jar, then turn clockwise until you hear an
audible sound and the tab of jar in the snap of Top cover properly, so the top
cover can fix with jar securely and safety device is effective. (see Fig. 2)
4. Let the tab of Center Lid aligns with the groove of Top Cover then put down
if necessary.
5. Connect the plug to wall outlet and set Speed Selector to your desired
setting. You can turn the knob to M position if want to accelerate the
process of blending. The detailed information of Speed Selector is as
following figure 3.
6. Do not run the SBOSE® appliance for more than 3 minutes per time.
Minimum 3 minutes rest period is required between two consecutive cycles.
7. Turn the Speed Selector to O Position once the mixture has been blended
to your desired consistency.
8. Turn the jar counterclockwise then remove.
