svitare il dado girante (24), se necessario
bloccando l’albero motore;
-
estrarre la rondella (23).
- unscrew the impeller nut (24), if necessary
blocking the motor shaft;
- extract the impeller washer (23).
- capovolgere la pompa (motore a terra);
- svitare la bulloneria di unione del
castelletto (01) con il motore;
- sollevare la pompa da terra di circa 10 mm
con un qualsiasi cavalletto;
- estrarre la girante (22) con martello e
punzone, in materiale plastico, battendo
sul terminale filettato dell’albero pompa.
- turn the pump upside (motor on the floor);
- unscrew the bolts and nuts fastening the
motor stool (01) to the motor;
- lift the motor about 10 mm from the floor with
any stand;
- extract the impeller (22), with hammer and
punch (in plastic material made), striking on
the threaded end of the pump shaft.
sfilare tutta la carcassa esterna della pompa senza compromettere l’allineamento
dell’albero pompa (14/18).
draw out the whole pump without affecting the pump/shaft (14/18) alignment.
