Turn four SILVER 5/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (23S) halfway 
into the holes in the SMALL BACK (H2). Do not completely 
tighten the SCREWS.

Then, slide the OUTLET (1D) onto the heads of the SCREWS 
in the SMALL BACK (H2).

 

å

Fasten the SMALL BACK (H2) to the UPRIGHTS (C2 and D2). 
Use four BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (2S).
