This Seagull Driver Wizard prompt will pop up, if printer is off: 

 

If USB cable is well-connected to PC and to printer, and printer is 
powered on, this Seagull Driver Wizard prompt will pop up. Select 
the first radio button to “Install a driver for a Plug and Play printer”: 

           

 

Then click “Next”.
